At Pink Pine Cleaning, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not happy with your service, we'll make it right.
We do not offer refunds, but we do offer a complimentary re-clean if notified within 24 hours of your appointment. Our team will return and address any areas of concern to ensure you're fully satisfied.
Because our time is reserved just for you, all cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% late cancellation fee. If no one answers the door, or we can't get inside via the way specified, we will attempt to call and/or text you. If we are onsite and unable to enter (for any reason), the full service amount will be charged.
